The Impressive Wax statue

Wax statue or sculpture

Wax sculpture, wax sculpture the preparation of finished figures in beeswax by modelling or molding or the use of such figures as a form for casting metal or creating preliminary models. At ordinary temperatures beeswax can be cut and shaped with facility when it melts to a limpid fluid at a low heat ,it mixes with any coloring matter and takes surface tints well; and its texture and   consistency may be modified by a number of earthy matters as well as by the addition of oils or fats.

Wax-works, not intended as fine art, subsequently became popular attractions, consisting principally  of images of historical or notorious personages, made up of waxen masks on lay figures in which sometimes mechanism is fitted to give motion to the figure. Such an exhibition of wax-works with mechanical motions was shown in Germany early in the eighteenth century.

The picture above shown , air brushing on skin make the wax paste looks realistic .

The designer try to make research on physical look of statue exect like the real  human  figure .The hair stylist , costume designer ,skin specialist and many other professionalist make together a wax.
Wax figures of deities were used in the funeral rites of the ancient Egyptians and deposited in their graves many of these are now in museums. Among the ancient Greeks wax figures were used largely as dolls for children. Statuettes of deities were also modelled for votive offerings and religious ceremonies, and the people treasured wax images to which magical properties were attributed. Wax figures and models held a still more important place among the Romans. The masks of ancestors, modelled in wax, were preserved by patrician families and were displayed on ceremonial occasions and carried in funeral processions.

The most famous modern waxwork exhibition is that of Madame Tussaud, where the technology of robotics and audio-animatronics brings the wax figures to life. The cost of making a wax sculpture can be between USD150,000 and 300,000. Unbelievable !!!

Waxworks are frequently made presented by contemporary artists who take advantage of its life like and uncanny qualities. While the artist often creates a wax self portrait, there are examples too of imaginary personalities and historical personal. The most famous modern waxwork exhibition is that of Madame Tussaud, where the technology of robotics and audio animatronics brings the wax figures to life.

Madame Tussauds is the creator of wax statue.

Marie Tussaud, original name Marie Grosholtz from French-born founder of Madame Tussaud’s museum of wax figures, in central London. Her early life was spent first in Bern and then in Paris, where she learned the art of wax modeling from Philippe Curtis, whose two celebrated wax museums she inherited upon his death in 1794.

Thousands and thousands of wax statue has been designed which reflects the art, culture, fame, emotions, success and personality of an individual, basically waxworks are an appreciation for an individual for their tremendous work in their specific field and to honor them for their work, which is recognized by the world and the world should have the clear picture of glory of an individual which speaks about his work, ability, life style, behaviors and also admired as a symbol of role model and this attitude brings them to the hall of fame in Madame Tussauds as a piece of art created in the form wax statue.

Madame Tussauds is become a wax museum in London with branches in a number of major cities. It was founded by wax sculptor Marie Tussaud and was formerly known as "Madame Tussaud's. This museum  was opened 200 years ago, and it remains just as popular as it ever was. It was founded by wax sculptor Marie Tussauds and was formerly known as Madame Tussauds. Madame Tussauds is the globally acclaimed wax museum history is fascinating and its exhibitions haunting in their accurate likeness to well-known figures, living and dead.

Nowadays, sculptors come from many different backgrounds like Eric Saint Chaff ray, schooled at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris. However, others, like Stephane Barret, a former hydraulic pumps salesman, discovered a passion for sculpting in his thirties. I was really intrigued by their ability to transform an image from 2D to 3D. Usually the sculptors work from photographs to create a 3D statue in graphics .It takes a minimum of three weeks to transform a lump of unmodelled clay into one of your favorite rock star or celebrity uncannily realistic faces. I think in future this art statue might replace of actors in movie make them acting exactly real human act.

The beautiful god creation : Rainbow

RAINBOW

What causes a rainbow to form?
A rainbow is an optical and meteorological phenomenon that is caused by both reflection and refraction of light in water droplets in the Earth's atmosphere, resulting in a spectrum of colors in the sky. It takes the form of a multicolored arc. Rainbows caused by sunlight always appear in the section of sky directly opposite the sun. At the edge however, these colored disclosed  overlap so display their individual colors producing the rainbow arc. This is caused by the light reflecting twice inside the water droplets.
First multiple rays of light enter a drop of water from one direction typically a straight line from the Sun, they then reflect off the back of the drop, and fan out as they leave the drop. The light leaving the drop then a rainbow is spread over a wide viewing angle.
A rainbow is one of our atmosphere's most exquisite and marvelous creations; "one of the most spectacular light shows observed on earth.Rainbow appears in the sky at the end of the rain. It forms a semicircle going from one end of the earth to the other.

Here the double rainbow picture quit rarely found with the correct composition photography.

 BELIEVE GOD  CREATION :
People believe that if a rainbow appears after the rain, it is an indication that there will be no more rains. In Hindi, rainbow is called 'Indra Dhanush' which means the Bow of Lord Indra. According to Hindu mythology Lord Indra is the god of rain. The rainbow looks miraculously beautiful. Its sight is very soothing to the eye.

INTERESTING THING ABOUT RAINBOW
A rainbow is in fact a full circle of light. However, due to most people viewing a rainbow on the ground we only see a semi-circle or arc of the rainbow.A rainbow is not situated at a specified distance, instead it will always be visible to a person at the precise angle freshwater droplets reflect the light which is 42 degrees in the opposite direction of the sun.  A rainbow is not an object, it cannot be approached or physically touched. No two people see the same rainbow, in fact even our individual eyes see slightly different rainbows. If someone appears to be standing under a rainbow you can see, they will see a different rainbow at the same angle but further away..

 SIR  ISAAC NEWTON EXPERIMENT  :
Sir Isaac Newton identified the 7 colors of the visible spectrum that together make up white light. All of which are present in a rainbow in the order red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet . Specific starting or ending spot, it all depends on where the observers location is relative to the sun. Scientists say that when sunlight passes through a thin medium to a denser medium, all the seven colours  which are present in the white light form a semi-circular rainbow.
More over that , rainbow colours uses in many aspect arts including painting , fashion , accessories and many more .
Painter can manufacture the colors of the rainbow, for they create color by mixing. As example painting above shown that concept Night Rainbow - Oil painting on canvas Leonid Afremov .

What is Graffiti ?

YOU KNOW WHAT IS GRAFFITI ?

Sometimes I feel like want to do so art in wall, and also I have some experience done drawing and painting in school wall (mural) but it is that same art in wall and Graffiti ?

Finally, I find out that my guessing is wrong, if the person is so interested in painting on buildings and other property, they should do it on paper and murals. Then I would call it art. Doing something illegal should not be called artistic and beautiful in any way, shape or form. Yes, this kind of art it’s illegal. Everything beautiful should be right.

In modern times, paint (particularly spray paint) and marker pens have become the most commonly used graffiti materials. In most countries, marking or painting property without the property owner's consent is considered defacement and vandalism, which is a punishable crime.

Graffiti is vandalism and destruction of other people's property. Someone may like graffiti and consider it an art form and they try to use the definition of art to excuse it. Most graffiti is done without the consent or permission of the owner of which the graffiti appears on.

Sample : This art is Graffiti art from Brazil , but when I saw this  what I learn in Visual communication ......   looks like Ambiguous !!!! .So many information in one picture .

There are also a large number of graffiti influences in Southeast Asian countries that mostly come from modern Western culture, such as Malaysia, where graffiti has long been a common sight in Malaysia's capital city, Kuala Lumpur.

Sample picture : A graffiti artist paints a art in all street tribute to the passengers of Malaysia Airlines flight(MH370).

Sample :Graffiti art in New York City Train

I ‘m so happy our country has begun hosting a street art to encourage all generations and people from all walks of life to enjoy and encourage Malaysian street culture as mostly in Pasar Seni and Goverment should give more encourage and opportunity Graffiti artist to do the graffiti art in train KTM, LRT and Monorel for looking forward  our next artistic country and also attract by tourists.
